Running for Gold” was originally written as a folk-pop song. I released it briefly, but ended up taking it down because I wasn’t happy with the production. We later reworked the song with a more classic country sound and recorded it locally at RALP Productions in State College. Now it feels just right and truly captures the vibe we were going for.
