About

Caryn Dixon delivers an Country/Americana-fueled experience that feels like a backroad in the mountains, pulling listeners through the peaks and valleys of life. Her live show moves effortlessly from boot-stompin’ energy to quiet, tear-filled moments, carried by melodies as sweet as Tennessee grass and stories that are pulled straight from real life.

At the heart of Caryn’s artistry is a deeper mission: to be a voice for women who don’t always have one—especially those navigating domestic abuse, toxic relationships, and the long road to healing. Her current radio single Bird in a Cage, which tells the story of a woman escaping abuse, recently broke into the Country Radio Breakout Charts and was featured in MusicRow Magazine as the highest debuting single, continuing to inspire women around the world. Her music doesn’t shy away from hard truths. Instead, it creates space for them, offering both honesty and hope to those who need to feel seen.

Hailing from central Pennsylvania, Caryn began writing songs at just seven years old, building a foundation rooted in storytelling and emotional truth. Often described as a “country Florence and the Machine” or a “female Noah Kahan,” her sound blends the timeless influence of legends like Merle Haggard and Patsy Cline with the raw, expressive styles of artists like Tori Amos, Patty Griffin, Jewel, and Sierra Ferrell.

Her 2025 EP Bird in a Cage marked a defining moment, tracing an emotional arc from heartbreak to healing. Songs like “Bird in a Cage,” “Mama,” and “Arson Song” have resonated deeply—especially with women finding their way out of difficult chapters and into something stronger.

Caryn’s growth has been driven by real connection. She has reached over 400K listeners, with more than 1.6 million views on YouTube—building her audience organically through genuine engagement and a commitment to staying true to her story.

Recognized by Cowgirl Magazine and The Women of Country, and recently named the #1 Artist to Watch in 2026 out of Nashville by Music City Melodies, Caryn continues to carve out her place in modern country music. With her upcoming project, Accidental Cowgirl set for release in June of 2026, she remains grounded in her purpose: to tell stories that matter, uplift women, and remind people they’re not alone.
